God calls us to act.

He calls us to "look after the poor and ORPHANS in their distress"

He calls us to be EFFECTIVE and make a CHANGE

Here at Braids of Hope our goal is not only to sell headbands, that is just a very small part of our mission. We are here to spread the word about the MAJOR need for orphans everywhere. Our goal is to change the life of an orphan... one headband at a time.

By purchasing a headband from Braids of Hope, you are supporting the orphans' cause and helping people everywhere spread the word about the 147 million orphans.

We can't do this on our own. 147 million orphans is not a small number. We need everyone to come together and be a group of people willing to STAND UP and say "I will, I will do all I can to make a change in the increasing number of vulnerable children everywhere."

CHARITY OF CHOICE

Our current Charity of Choice is Room for One More. Room for One More is an independent non-profit organization creating lasting change in the lives of orphans around the world. Through adoption awareness and financial support, "Room for One More" unites orphaned children with loving families and also supports the orphans left behind with food, shelter, education and medical care.
